limit on the number of virtual numbers you can set to ring to your primary

411 (Directory
Assistance)
Dial
411 from you myPhoneCompanyTM phone line. Each time you call 411, a
$.75 charge will be billed to your account. You may receive up to 2 phone number
listings each time you call 411.

myPhoneCompanyTM
provides you with a 14-day money-back guarantee. myPhoneCompanyTM
will refund the Activation fee (if any), the cost of the first month of
service that you paid and the shipping charges that you paid. You must cancel
your myPhoneCompanyTM Service within fourteen (14) days of the day
your account is Activated to be eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee.
myPhoneCompanyTM equipment must be returned within 14 days. Usage
must not exceed 300 minutes within the first 14 days of Service. You are
responsible for any charges for non-included minutes, international calls, and
directory assistance calls. Accounts exceeding 300 minutes of usage are not
eligible for a refund.
Incoming calls
– is there a charge for them?
No, we do not charge for incoming calls made to your
myPhoneCompanyTM
phone number. You will be charged $.039 per minute for calls made to your
Toll Free number.
What method do
you use to bill incremental minutes?
We bill in 60 second increments.
When I call
someone, they only get a Caller ID number. How can I change this so that my name
comes up as well?
Currently, we can only send your Caller ID number, and not your name to the
person you are calling.
When I receive
a call I only get a Caller ID number. How can I change this so that the callers
name comes up as well?
Currently, you will only receive Caller ID number on incoming calls. We are
working on changing the service so that you will receive the caller’s name along
with their number on all Incoming calls. As soon as we have implemented this, we
will email you and upload the new feature to your SPA-2000 Device.
Can I receive
collect calls?
No, at this time our network does not support receiving collect calls.
What is my
"local or regional calling area"?
This depends on the area code of your
myPhoneCompanyTM
phone number. For example, if your
myPhoneCompanyTM
phone number starts with area code 646 and you sent the SPA-2000 to your
mother in California, calls to her
myPhoneCompanyTM
phone from area code 646 and outgoing calls to area code 646 are
considered local. In other words, your physical location does not matter when
determining your “local or regional area code”. What matters is what area code
your myPhoneCompanyTM
phone is setup to use.
